Integration Team Lead

Elbit's ISTAR & EW division site in Holon is looking for an Integration Team Lead for the Radar unit

In this role you will

Define test and integration processes for hardware, software, firmware, mechanical, and RF modules into a complete radar system

Lead field trials in Israel and abroad

Establish and maintain a lab and infrastructure for system-level integrations

Manage a team of integration engineers and technicians

Train and mentor junior integration team members

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

5 years of experience in a relevant field

Experience in integration and testing of complex systems involving microwave, hardware, firmware, and software

Proven experience in building system-level test plans

Experience in establishing and operating an advanced development and integration lab - advantage

Full proficiency in Hebrew and English

Willingness to travel abroad

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to motivate a team, and work in a multidisciplinary environment
