Senior Program Manager

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to revolutionize our Fortune Global 500 clients' projects in E-Commerce, Healthcare or Life Sciences with emerging trends in Data, Cloud and GenAI and who is ready to act as a leader in project and delivery discipline within EPAM Türkiye.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kick-off through go-live and post-production, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and clearly defined success criteria
• Manage the delivery process, including requirements, risks and the budget
• Oversee product quality, setting benchmarks and engaging the team to meet them
• Facilitate UAT / production deployments and manage releases
• Prepare the WBS and resource plans
• Act as the primary contact point for stakeholders, communicating project status, risks and progress
• Interface with clients daily, holding demos, training engineers and managing expectations
• Foster a collaborative, positive work environment, mentoring and coaching team members
• Establish governance models, manage virtual teams and resolve people management issues
• Create project management and communication plans, escalation procedures, change & risk management, as well as Agile ceremonies
• Manage the location's resource pool: allocation, utilization, bench/billable balance, and rotations within a matrix structure
• Own compensation, hiring, and staffing: Turkish market salary ranges, retention of key people, and closing demand against the pipeline
• Drive non-financial motivation: career tracks, mentorship, recognition, engagement, and retention through purpose
• Develop the people line: 1:1s, performance cycles, growth, and managing low performers
• Represent the company in the local market: professional communities, meetups, employer brand, and hiring network

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in team/project leadership
• Expertise in delivering enterprise solutions with 10 000 000 dollars in portfolio budget
• Knowledge of the full product development cycle, from pre-sales to post-production support
• Confidence to lead a team of 50+ members, including people management
• Background in setting up Dev, QA and BA processes on projects
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe and Kanban
• Use of GenAI for team productivity evaluation and decision-making
• Ability to drive AI-related activities, initiatives and projects
• Production experience in Digital, Data or Cloud projects
• Emotional intelligence with excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Cultural awareness and openness to diversity
• Strong command of financial models, metrics, revenue, and P&L: understands unit economics, margin drivers, and makes data-driven decisions on account profitability
• Skilled in organizational change management: leads restructuring, transformation, and adoption of new operating models with minimal disruption to delivery
• Solid knowledge of local Turkish labor law: employment, termination, compensation, and compliance requirements specific to the market
• Fluent English language
• Fluent Turkish language

Nice to have

• Prior hands-on engineering experience
• Understanding of E-Commerce, Healthcare or Life Sciences domains
• Familiarity with environmental landscapes, sizing calculation and delivering techniques
