Role description
Mobility requirement: The role requires flexibility to relocate across geographies in India based on business priorities and organizational requirements. Willingness to relocate is an essential requirement for this position
Key Responsibilities
- Drive order intake, revenue, market share and profitability across the assigned territory.
- Lead, coach and develop the Team to achieve business objectives, build capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute the Government business strategy, account plans and Go-to-Market initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with Government institutions, Medical Colleges, State Health Departments, PSUs, procurement agencies and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Lead opportunity management, tender strategy, specification management and competitive positioning to maximize win rates.
- Collaborate with Business Lines, Product Specialists, Service, Applications and Marketing teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, opportunity management and timely business reviews.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Project Management team to execute closure of project execution within 120 days of order & also ensure that there shall be no LD penalty liabilities.
- Collaborate with Cash collection team to ensure that 100% payment is collected within the due date.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Life Sciences; MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred
Preferred Experience
- 8 - 15 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare or Capital Equipment sales.
- Proven success in Government/Institutional business.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Exposure to Medical Imaging products (CT, MRI, PET-CT, Interventional labs, X-ray etc.) preferred.
