Role description

We're looking for a Senior SAP FI/SD Consultant to join our team in Nicosia, Cyprus in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will support global e-Invoicing and tax compliance initiatives by analyzing, designing and validating financial and order-to-cash processes. You will ensure seamless invoice processing from sales order to financial posting while aligning SAP configurations with country-specific regulatory requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work on multi-country rollouts within a collaborative, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary functional expert responsible for SAP FI and SD configuration related to e-Invoicing compliance
  • Analyze and document business requirements for financial and order-to-cash processes
  • Validate data flow from SD billing documents to FI postings and tax determination
  • Support implementation and rollouts of e-Invoicing compliance solutions across multiple countries
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams and technical integration teams, including SAP DRC specialists
  • Assist in requirement gathering, functional specifications, testing and defect resolution activities
  • Ensure adherence to country-specific tax and e-Invoicing regulations
  • Support integration mapping between SAP and external systems, including API-based middleware

Requirements

  • 6 - 8 years of experience working with SAP FI and SD modules
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including sales order processing, billing and accounts receivable
  • Hands-on experience with e-Invoicing and electronic compliance projects
  • Familiarity with SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) or similar compliance solutions
  • Experience supporting integration with external platforms using APIs or middleware
  • Ability to validate financial postings for correctness in compliance-related scenarios
  • Strong understanding of tax determination and statutory reporting requirements
  • Excellent analysis, documentation and stakeholder management skills
