HR Student

Elbit Systems in Rehovot is looking for an HR Student to join our team.

This is an opportunity to take part in meaningful HR activities within a leading defense organization, while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee welfare, and day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic and impactful environment.

In this role you will

Support and execute projects in the fields of employee welfare, recruitment, and human resources

Provide ongoing administrative support as part of the HR team activities

Work closely with multiple interfaces and support ongoing organizational processes

Requirements

Student pursuing a degree in Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field

At least 3 years remaining until graduation - Advantage

Availability to work 4 days a week

Full proficiency in Office applications with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools

Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment under pressure

Independence and strong system-level understanding
