Program Manager

For our site in Modi'in, we are looking for a Program Manager for the Special Business Line.

Join a meaningful role in the defense industry, leading complex multidisciplinary programs from proposal stage through project execution and delivery, while working closely with customers and cross-functional teams. In this role you will

Manage programs from proposal preparation and order intake through project execution, deliveries, and ongoing support

Plan and manage work plans and project schedules

Lead the financial management of the program, including inventory management and invoice approval

Maintain close and ongoing customer relationships

Identify and initiate business opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships

Lead matrix management activities with multiple interfaces including development, production, quality, procurement, and additional teams

Requirements

B.Sc. degree in Engineering - Advantage

Previous experience in one of the following areas: management and leadership of complex technological projects, system engineering, or technical management

Experience working in the defense industry - Significant advantage

Familiarity with the UAV industry - Significant advantage

Experience in matrix management with multiple interfaces - Significant advantage

High level of English

Ability to manage subcontractors from various disciplines

Ability to work independently with a system-level perspective

Willingness to work in an intensive environment
