SAP PLM Lead Consultant

We're looking for an SAP PLM Lead Consultant to join our team in Cyprus in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of SAP Product Lifecycle Management solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, you will drive solution strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of complex SAP PLM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP PLM solutions
• Define architecture and integration between PLM and MDG, ensuring consistent data governance
• Drive workshops with business teams (R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory) to gather and validate requirements
• Oversee configuration and deployment of DMS, ECM, Specification Management and Recipe Development modules
• Support PLM-CAD/ECTR integration and ensure alignment with engineering processes
• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on expertise during S/4HANA PLM migration or implementation projects
• Manage project risks, timelines and communication with senior stakeholders
• Mentor functional and technical team members to ensure quality delivery

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years focused on SAP PLM
• Proven leadership in PLM solution delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Strong expertise in PLM modules: DMS, ECM, Specification Management, Recipe Development
• Experience in PLM-to-MDG integration (mandatory)
• Familiarity with S/4HANA PLM solutions (preferred)
• Knowledge of CAD/ECTR integration and engineering workflows
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills

Nice to have

• SAP PLM certifications and exposure to Agile delivery
• Experience in global rollouts across regulated industries
• Knowledge of SAP BTP services and extension capabilities
