SAP Retail Consultant

We're looking for an SAP Retail Consultant to join our team in Cyprus in a hybrid working mode. This role involves supporting a leading global fashion and apparel brand in building and rolling out their enterprise retail label solution. You will contribute to creating efficient labeling processes across the supply chain and in-store environments, ensuring seamless integration, compliance and adherence to retail best practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, configuration and rollout of SAP Retail-based labeling solutions
• Support integration of RFID and labeling standards within retail processes
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather and validate label-related requirements
• Collaborate with teams on hardware setup and integration with store-level devices (e.g., scanners, printers)
• Provide expert consultation on optimizing labeling solutions for retail operations
• Assist in POS-related configuration and troubleshooting where applicable
• Prepare documentation and provide knowledge transfer to business and technical teams

Requirements

• Strong functional expertise in SAP Retail
• Solid knowledge of RFID technologies and their retail implementation
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
• Experience coordinating retail label requirements from design to deployment

Nice to have

• Familiarity with POS solutions (e.g., ID Cloud)
• Hands-on experience with hardware scanners and in-store printers
• German language proficiency
• Prior engagement in retail transformation or rollout projects
