We are on the lookout for a top-tier Chief .NET Developer to become part of our team.

Responsibilities
- Steer the technical vision of software initiatives from the earliest planning stages through final rollout
- Assess code contributed by team members and offer helpful feedback to uphold quality benchmarks
- Decompose intricate technical demands into clear, achievable tasks for the development group
- Organize knowledge-sharing activities that help team members expand their technical expertise
- Work with product managers and other stakeholders to keep development efforts aligned with organizational objectives
- Spot possible technical risks ahead of time and craft plans to address them
- Set and uphold coding conventions and best practices throughout all projects
- Assist with integrating new team members into the development group
- Engage in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile rituals to keep projects moving forward
- Monitor project status and keep relevant parties informed of timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 7 years of relevant hands-on experience in software development
- A minimum of 2 years spent leading and managing a small development team (2 - 3 people), taking full ownership of projects and initiatives
- Strong understanding of core programming concepts, object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and widely used design patterns
- Solid back-end development background with .NET (including recent versions like .NET 9/10), C#, ASP.NET Core, and REST API development
- Front-end development skills involving HTML, CSS/LESS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and single-page application (SPA) frameworks such as ReactJS and jQuery
- Database experience with SQL, covering T-SQL and platforms like SQL Server 2008+, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Demonstrated skill in designing, building, configuring, and testing software products from start to finish
- Able to lead a small team effectively while also thriving independently or within a team under minimal oversight
- Strong drive to keep pace with new technologies and approaches, applying them to practical projects
- English proficiency at a B2 level or above, with solid written and spoken communication abilities
Nice to have
- Experience with Angular for developing interactive front-end applications
- Familiarity with Docker for packaging applications into containers and simplifying deployment
- Knowledge of Kubernetes for managing and scaling containerized applications
- Background in unit testing to support code quality and dependability
- Exposure to NoSQL database systems such as MongoDB, LiteDB, or Cassandra, considered an optional but useful skill
- Experience using Git for version control, with familiarity in Gitflow seen as an added advantag
