Role description

We are seeking a Senior AI Native Developer to deliver production-grade agentic software implementations while collaborating closely with the Solution Architect on infrastructure and with AI Coaches on workflow design.

Responsibilities

  • Build greenfield BMAD agents and custom workflows prioritised by Cost of Delay across identified use cases
  • Deploy and maintain hosted MCP servers within the cloud environment
  • Migrate team-level BMAD workflows from local execution (L2) to cloud-hosted agents (L3) by end of October
  • Implement SSO/auth integrations to connect agents securely within the client's identity infrastructure
  • Build integrations with 3rd-party services as required by CoD-prioritised use cases
  • Participate in code reviews, engineering design sessions, and internal demos throughout the engagement
  • Support evals setup and contribute to observability instrumentation for deployed agents
  • Work with AI Coaches to translate workflow designs into deployable agent implementations

Requirements

  • 4+ years of software development experience, with at least 1 year building LLM-powered or agentic applications
  • Proficiency in Python, with familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript as a plus
  • Experience with cloud deployment using AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run, or Azure Functions (or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with MCP server setup, tool use, and multi-agent orchestration
  • Understanding of SSO protocols such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OIDC, along with enterprise auth integration
  • Comfort working in fixed price, outcome-based engagements with evolving requirements and rapid iteration cycles
  • Strong written communication for async collaboration across time zones
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Background in BMAD framework or equivalent agentic workflow tooling
  • Familiarity with UCaaS, SaaS, or telephony integration APIs
  • Experience shipping agentic systems used by non-technical end users
