Senior AI Engineer, Agentic Platform (MCP)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team building an enterprise Agentic AI platform that enables autonomous AI agents to support engineering and delivery workflows across the organization. The platform will expose enterprise capabilities through Model Context Protocol (MCP) services, allowing AI agents to interact with systems such as Jira/Xray, GitHub, testing platforms, documentation systems, and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop Model Context Protocol services that expose enterprise engineering workflows to AI agents
• Implement integrations with Jira/Xray, GitHub, CI/CD systems, and documentation platforms
• Design AI-safe APIs and tool interfaces for agent interactions
• Build scalable Python-based microservices to support platform capabilities
• Enable agents to create and manage tests in Jira/Xray
• Support generation and management of release documentation
• Facilitate agent interactions with GitHub repositories
• Support planning and delivery workflows through agent-enabled services
• Ensure reliability and performance of MCP services
• Participate in architecture discussions to shape platform direction

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Skills in Python backend development
• Expertise in building APIs and microservices
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Jira and GitHub
• Familiarity with cloud environments
• Understanding of AI/LLM ecosystems
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
