Senior SAP CAP Node.js Developer

We are looking for a Senior SAP CAP Node.js Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of cloud-based SAP solutions, while collaborating closely with stakeholders and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct code reviews and develop features based on best software development practices, ensuring clean code and clean design
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs
• Write technical and user documentation
• Cooperate with the team, track its performance and needs
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on technical topics, provide required metrics to management
• Participate in the setup, improvement and implementation of development processes
• Provide design and architectural decisions

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven engineering experience in SAPUI5, BTP, HANA, CAP, Node.js, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Piper, Webdriver.IO)
• Experience working as a team leader focused on cloud, SAP, architecture and mentoring an org structure with 10+ people
• Proficiency in design principles and competency in microservice architecture
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Understanding of JavaScript and Node.js
• Background in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), HANA database and SAP CAP (Java, Node.js)
• English proficiency level B2 and higher
