SAP FICO (CO) Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO (CO) Consultant to join our team and contribute to the design, configuration, and support of Controlling solutions across full lifecycle implementations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business users, participate in workshops, and deliver high-quality SAP CO solutions that align with client business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with key business users to gather relevant requirements
• Analyze business requirements to envision solution design in advance
• Participate in business workshops and perform Fit-to-Standard analysis
• Configure and customize functionality in compliance with the specifics of the customer's business/industry area
• Prepare project documentation, including training and education materials for business application users
• Troubleshoot and support SAP solutions
• Facilitate workshops and lead teams of onshore and offshore resources
• Contribute to the SAP FICO team and SAP practice strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of SAP FICO experience, with proven SAP CO expertise
• Knowledge of Cost Element Accounting (CO-OM-CEL), Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA), and Internal Orders (CO-OM-OPA)
• Knowledge of Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC), Actual Costing/Material Ledger (CO-PC-ACT), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Multiple full lifecycle experience, with at least 2 implementations
• Experience in Controlling integration with core upstream modules including FI, SD, MM, PP, and Payroll
• Background in configuration and business process content across the main components of Controlling
• Capability to execute and facilitate workshops, leading teams of onshore and offshore resources
• Strong client-facing consulting capability and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to travel
• English level: B2+
