Role description
Elbit Group in Haifa is looking for a Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager for a meaningful and impactful role at the heart of the organization's global activity
This is your opportunity to take part in large-scale international business operations, lead complex transfer pricing and tax processes, and work closely with senior stakeholders in Israel and worldwide

In this role you will
Lead the Group's transfer pricing activities, including review of intercompany transactions and support in preparing documentation in accordance with OECD guidelines, Israeli laws, and regulations
Prepare and report CBCR and Master File documentation
Implement Pillar II legislation and support reporting requirements in Israel and other countries where the Group operates
Prepare, consolidate, and monitor tax reports across Group companies while meeting deadlines and business objectives
Review international tax aspects related to projects and activities across the Group
Support tax examinations related to business projects, M&A activities, and organizational restructuring
Review and implement tax incentive laws and benefits within tax reporting processes
Monitor tax reporting within financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 740 requirements
Work closely with professional and business interfaces in Israel and globally
Report directly to the Director of Tax of Elbit Group
Requirements
CPA or Attorney at Law with a Bachelor degree in Accounting and/or Law
Graduate of a Tax Department or Transfer Pricing Department in a large accounting firm (Big 4)
At least 5 years of experience in taxation and transfer pricing
Experience in global public companies - Advantage
Extensive knowledge and experience in US GAAP income taxes and ASC 740
Strong knowledge of Israeli taxation, including income tax, VAT, and incentive laws
High level English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical thinking, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills in a multi-interface environment
