Technical Product Manager

We are looking for

For our C4I and Cyber division in Netanya, we are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join a groundbreaking Command & Control (C4I) project. This is an opportunity to take part in shaping the next generation of advanced defense systems, working in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced and highly impactful environment.

You will lead the definition, management and development of an innovative operational system for an Israeli customer, from early concept and planning stages through delivery and deployment. If you are passionate about complex systems, technological innovation and driving meaningful processes across multiple engineering domains - this role is for you.

In this role you will

Lead the characterization, management and development of a next-generation defense system in a multidisciplinary environment

Work as part of an experienced and diverse system engineering team

Lead cross-functional processes involving product requirements, software design and integration of broad system capabilities in an on-prem based solution

Lead Agile development processes from requirements definition through customer delivery, including matrix management of software and QA teams

Integrate best-practice solutions from the commercial world to support innovation and technological advancement

Drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities into engineering workflows and product features

Lead and support deployment process improvements and scalable secure architecture solutions

Work closely with engineering customers and

operational end users as part of an IPT environment

Requirements

B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

M.Sc. in Engineering - Advantage

At least 4 years of proven experience in product management, technical management or engineering of multidisciplinary systems combining software, logical/physical interfaces, communication technologies and edge hardware environments

Experience working in Agile development processes within Scrum teams

Operational experience in combat or command roles במסגרת military service or reserves - Advantage

Experience integrating AI solutions into engineering workflows - Advantage

High level English communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong analytical thinking, creativity, self-learning capabilities and problem-solving skills with a forward-looking mindset
