We are looking for: Data & Analytics Engineer

You'll make an impact by

• Design and optimize data models and pipelines that improve data consumption and business intelligence.
• Build and maintain Snowflake and dbt transformations that support advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities.
• Enable secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud-based data storage and processing.
• Develop online dashboards and data models that strengthen Sales Data operations and business decision-making.
• Streamline data development and deployment using version control and CI/CD workflows such as GitHub.
• Align with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and delivery against business needs.
• Guide agile ways of working and support a continuous improvement mindset across the team.
• Evaluate emerging data engineering and analytics trends, especially across Snowflake and dbt.

You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• Apply SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT workflow design to solve business data challenges.
• Use Snowflake, dbt, and cloud-based data warehousing to develop robust analytics-ready data architectures.
• Manage version control and CI/CD workflows using tools such as GitHub.
• Create data models and interactive dashboards that support analytics and business intelligence.
• Translate complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders in English.
• Navigate and interpret Power BI dashboards with an understanding of business user visualization needs.
• Bring analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an agile mindset to data and analytics delivery.
