Responsibilities
- Develop creative briefs, concepts, scripts, and storyboards for performance marketing campaigns across multiple game genres
- Collaborate hands-on with designers, editors, artists, and external partners to bring creative ideas to life
- Improve creative performance by leveraging campaign data, user insights, and industry best practices
- Explore and implement new creative formats, storytelling techniques, AI tools, and production workflows
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate on concepts based on measurable results.
- Stay informed on gaming, advertising, social media, and creative trends to continuously generate fresh ideas
- Partner closely with User Acquisition, Product Marketing, game studios, and Production teams to align creative with business objectives
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet Plarium's quality standards and campaign goals
What we expect
- 3+ years of experience in creative marketing, advertising, gaming, or digital content creation
- Experience developing creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, or campaign ideas for digital marketing
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and creative optimization
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data and apply insights to creative development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, etc.)
Desired
- Experience in mobile gaming, entertainment, or consumer digital products
- Experience working with User Acquisition or Performance Marketing teams
- Working knowledge of creative production workflows, including video editing, motion design, and graphic design
- Experience working with Jira, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar collaboration tools
