Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a dynamic load balancer that can adapt to fluctuating workloads
  • Modernize and revamp legacy reports built in Pentaho
  • Re-engineer integrations with third-party products such as OTP and Workday
  • Explore the existing codebase to fully understand architectural and design patterns, then propose improved solution designs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain architectural consistency and follow industry best practices
  • Apply Generative AI to enhance system capabilities and improve developer productivity
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the modernization journey

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in software development and solution architecture, with 7+ years of hands-on work
  • Deep expertise in Java, including the latest versions and practical upgrade approaches (Java 21)
  • Solid command of AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectural patterns
  • Demonstrated background with Redis and autoscaling implementations
  • Proven ability to design and deploy dynamic load balancing solutions
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their practical application within enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Pentaho and contemporary approaches to report modernization
  • Sound understanding of integration patterns involving third-party platforms such as OTP and Workday
  • Ability to navigate complex codebases, analyze underlying architecture and design patterns, and devise innovative solution designs
  • A strong blend of hands-on technical expertise and broader architectural vision
  • Fluency in English at B2+/C1 level (upper-intermediate/advanced) for effective communication
