Quality Engineer

We are looking for

For our Elbit Cyclone site in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone, we are looking for a Quality Engineer for the Aircraft Upgrade and Airborne Systems Development Program, within the Aerospace division. In this role, you will lead quality processes in aviation projects from end to end - from contract receipt through program completion. In this role you will

Manage quality across aviation programs and projects in all quality aspects, from contract receipt through program completion

Participate in reviews, write quality plans, and monitor execution

Lead and manage quality processes

Conduct internal quality audits to verify compliance with customer requirements and company procedures

Prepare and support external quality audits (AS9100) and customer audits

Manage quality processes such as MRB, CAPA, and failure investigations

Own company compliance with customer requirements

Requirements

BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Quality Engineering

3+ years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing

Experience working with multiple interfaces and customers in Israel and abroad

Familiarity with aviation standard AS9100 - advantage

Knowledge of composite materials - advantage

Familiarity with CATIA - advantage

Air Force veterans - advantage

High-level English proficiency

Ability to lead and drive cross-organizational processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong self-learning capability
