Responsibilities & Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, specifically in Buyer activities and Purchase Order creation.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Good knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) module.
  • Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Knowledge of import procedures, customs requirements, taxation, and other statutory requirements related to import and local purchase orders.
  • Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.
  • Basic Technical knowledge of electrical equipment, switchboards, and protection relays.
  • Basic understanding of lean manufacturing, production lines, and workstation operations.
  • Strong multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
