Description
Silverfort is on a mission to bring identity security everywhere - to every human, machine, and AI agent, both on-prem and in the cloud. Our unique technology secures identities & access at runtime, in ways that weren't possible before. With the broadest identity security platform in the market, trusted by more than 1,000 customers, including many Fortune 100 companies, Silverfort is uniquely positioned to lead the fast-growing identity security category.
Joining Silverfort means becoming part of a fast-moving team with a culture of innovation and collaboration, that goes above and beyond to help our customers and each other, on a journey to reshape the future of identity security.
We're hiring a temporary Enterprise Integration Engineer to cover maternity leave. The role focuses primarily on designing, implementing, improving, and supporting Workato automation and integration across our internal systems and business applications. The second core aspect is Atlassian administration - maintaining and evolving the Atlassian platform as our main work management platform, ensuring platform health, and supporting teams by building smart automation-driven solutions to their workflow needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workato flows and system integrations that connect internal tools and streamline cross-department processes
- Own day-to-day administration of the Atlassian platform (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence), such as project/workflow configuration, permissions, building automation rules, and suggesting smart solutions
- Recommend improvements to existing flows and configurations, flagging opportunities to consolidate or simplify rather than introduce new tools
- Lead and partner with cross-company teams - IT, Security, Sales, R&D, Product, HR, Finance, and more, to support cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects as needed
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in systems integration and process automation in a global company
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workato integration & automation platform - a must
- At least 3 years of hands-on, admin-level experience with Atlassian products administration (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) - a must
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, along with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple assignments, and partner effectively with other teams
- Fluent English, written and spoken - required for daily interaction with global teams
- Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts - SSO, provisioning (e.g., Azure AD/Okta) - is an advantage
