CRF System Engineer

For our site in Holon, we are looking for a System Engineer for projects in the field of CRF systems

If you bring systems thinking, strong technical capabilities, and a deep understanding of development and integration processes - come take part in a key role leading cross-disciplinary engineering tasks, working with the defense establishment and global projects in the fields of EW and RF communication

This is an opportunity to impact critical operational systems from specification through to field deployment

In this role you will

Analyze customer requirements and adapt them to the various disciplines

Write system specifications and requirement documents for each discipline

Define engineering guidelines for all project phases across multiple disciplines (signal processing, hardware, firmware, software, logistics, EMI, antennas)

Define operational characterizations and user trials

Write and conduct reviews together with development teams and the customer

Work with the customer on defining solutions, simulations and signal processing techniques

Support development through all stages including deployment at the customer site

Define system-level tests, field trials and oversee their execution

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering

M.Sc. - advantage

At least 5 years of experience as a System Engineer in EW and/or RF communication

At least 3 years of experience in signal processing, PHY, modems

Knowledge and experience in modulations (FM, QPSK, OFDM, etc.) and RF communication protocols

Proficiency in MATLAB and performing simulations

Familiarity with EW systems (COMINT, COMJAM, Spectrum Analysis, CRF), WiFi, Python and AI tools - advantage

High level of English

Willingness to travel abroad

Ability to lead multidisciplinary efforts, excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
