- Experience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Experience structuring codebases and documentation for AI agent consumption, including markdown descriptors, skills definitions, folder structures, and tool-call schemas
- Experience managing LLM-related costs through model selection, caching strategies, and token budgeting
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector databases
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and development practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Nice-to-have
- Experience building internal engineering tools and developer platforms
- Experience introducing AI-native practices into software development teams
- Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD platforms
The impact you'll create
- Leverage modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar solutions to improve software delivery processes
- Apply AI-native engineering practices, including context management, spec-driven development, and reusable skills-based workflows
- Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code and agent outputs to ensure correctness, security, maintainability, and production readiness
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies and contribute to the organization's technology radar
- Design, develop, and maintain autonomous agents supporting Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities
- Integrate agents with platforms such as Jira, GitHub, and CI/CD systems through MCP
- Perform context engineering by organizing project knowledge, documentation, and code structures to optimize AI agent effectiveness
- Create documentation, workflow guides, and best practices for AI-assisted development
- Train and support engineering teams in adopting AI-native development workflows
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering productivity through responsible and effective AI adoption
