Role description

We're looking for an AIOps Architect to head up AI, agentic automation, and observability architecture across our Software Development Platform (SDP) Services - a 400 - 500 cloud Python app estate that powers revenue-critical functions like Algo Trading, Quant Models, and Data Loaders. This role owns the autonomous operations layer, guaranteeing reliable, governed execution for 48 tier-one critical apps with sub-2h RTO, 45 databases, and 320 production environments across 12 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the AI-driven monitoring and observability architecture across the SDP platform estate
  • Design and run automated triage and incident classification workflows, routing issues by business capability and technical stack before escalation to L2
  • Offer technical governance for platform-layer changes, guardrails, and patterns within the low-code/no-code environment
  • Act as the technical point of contact for the SDP platform governance function
  • Identify operational failure trends and recommend platform-side fixes
  • Maintain SLA compliance, including P1 (15 min/4 h) and P2 (30 min/8 h), with round-the-clock coverage for highly critical applications

Requirements

  • 14+ years of overall IT experience, with hands-on work in platform/solution architecture and AI/ML or AIOps
  • Proven experience building autonomous multi-agent workflows, LLMOps pipelines, RAG systems, and tool-use integrations across platforms like Datadog, Jira, and AWS APIs
  • Strong background in cloud-hosted Python environments (AWS preferred), including distributed databases and governance of low-code/no-code platforms
  • Working knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, and Prometheus/Grafana, with experience managing 300+ production environments
  • Hands-on experience governing low-code/no-code platforms
  • Outstanding skill in communicating technical risks and operational status to non-technical business application owners
