Bright Data is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance Team.
As a Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, tax payments, overseeing bank reconciliations on a weekly basis, and cash disbursements.
Responsibilities
-Manage and process invoices from vendors in collaboration with the procurement department
-Prepare weekly payments and bank reconciliations
-Monitor and update the company's daily cash position, and handle ongoing bank operations including deposits, withdrawals, and monitoring interest rates
-Support month, quarter, and year-end closing procedures
-Prepare VAT and payroll-related reports to authorities and input payroll orders
-Assist in improving and developing accounting policies and procedures
-Ad hoc accounting projects as needed
Requirements
-5+ years of bookkeeping experience
-Certified bookkeeper - Type 3
-Experience with payroll reporting to authorities and inputting payroll orders
-Experience working with Priority
-English - high level (writing, reading, and speaking)
-Strong Excel skills
