Summary

Looking for a Data Entry specialist to join an ongoing Canadian project in healthcare sphere. Fully remote, long-term cooperation.

Responsibilities

Find Safety Data Sheets (SDSs)

  • Client provides information on the product they need an SDS for via email, then,
  • Data Entry Specialist searches for the SDS within the MySDS system, if available and up-to-date, clicks to attach to the client database, or
  • if SDS is not in the MySDS system or it is old/outdated, Data Entry Specialist uses a link from the MySDS System for the products manufacturer page to go to the manufacturer's website to find the SDS.
  • if not downloadable, Data Entry Specialist would contact the manufacturer via email to find the SDS (in both French and English) for that product.

Requirements

Location: Ukraine

  • B1-B2 English, both verbal and written ( there will be team calls)
  • Data entry and excel skills are a must
  • Hardworking
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Work efficiently
