Role description

Description

At groundcover, we build fast, and hiring the right people is how we keep that pace. As part of our growing Operations team, you will lead Talent Acquisition across Israel, the US and the UK through a period of significant growth.

Reporting to our VP Operations, this role is a great fit for a recruiting leader who speaks in numbers. You'll lead the recruiting team, own our hiring results as we grow, run key searches yourself, and give managers a clear, data-backed view of where hiring stands.

We're looking for a leader who measures what works, builds the tools to show it, and still enjoys closing a great hire.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Israel office, working closely with our teams in the US and the UK.
