Project: a Canadian financial services company

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Schedule: 12:30 - 21:00 Kyiv time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, and modern frontend technologies.
  • Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Develop and maintain frontend components using React or Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain database solutions using MS SQL Server and other relational databases.
  • Implement data access layers using Entity Framework Core and Dapper.
  • Integrate applications with cloud services and messaging solutions.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and maintainability.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Requirements

Location: Ukraine

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Core / modern .NET.
  • Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and RESTful services.
  • Experience with React or Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core and/or Dapper.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server.
  • Experience developing and integrating microservices.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests using NUnit or xUnit.
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
  • Understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, and performance optimization.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English communication skills.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate
