Role description
We are looking for a Hardware System Engineer with strong system-level understanding and broad technical vision to lead the development of advanced company products.
Responsibilities
Analyze operational needs and define hardware solutions and system architectures.
Develop system requirements and product specifications while maintaining a broad cross-project perspective.
Provide technical leadership for product development, working closely with R&D teams, program managers, and manufacturing organizations.
Lead multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment and drive technical activities across multiple interfaces.
Support product integration into larger systems and participate in system integration processes and validation activities.
Demonstrate strong system thinking, fast learning capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
M.Sc. in Systems Engineering - an advantage.
At least 4 years of experience in hardware development within a multidisciplinary environment.
Strong ability to write technical documentation in English.
Experience in the development and management of military systems - a significant advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong system-level perspective and analytical thinking.
Very good English proficiency.
