Role description
We are looking for a Lead AI/ML Developer to deliver an AI-driven post-call compliance review using LLM reasoning over call transcripts. You will shape NLP/GenAI pipelines, agentic prompt/workflow patterns, and robust evaluation while integrating securely on AWS.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement LLM/NLP pipelines for transcript analysis, compliance checks, and generating scores with rationales
- Develop automated evaluation frameworks for quality, hallucination risk, and consistency, then iterate rapidly based on results
- Establish secure AWS-based deployments with logging, monitoring, and governance-friendly workflows
- Partner with stakeholders to translate compliance rubrics into clear, actionable model behaviors
Requirements
- Proven track record with 5+ years of software development focused on AI/ML solutions
- Deep expertise in Generative AI (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- High proficiency in Python for building and iterating AI workflows
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS AI/ML Services for production integrations
- Solid background in MLOps practices for deploying and operating models
- Working familiarity with Microsoft Azure
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, and AWS Lambda
- Experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex for AI/agentic workflows
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Vector Databases (OpenSearch / pgvector), and Prompt Engineering
- Experience in LLM Evaluation (RAGAS / DeepEval) and PII Redaction
- Familiarity with Amazon Transcribe and Life Sciences / GxP Compliance
