Role description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team and drive the delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across business and technology, translating strategic objectives into actionable requirements while leveraging modern AI-assisted approaches to elevate productivity and quality across BA/PO activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end requirement gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
  • Author comprehensive BRDs and FRDs to communicate business needs and functional specifications
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, scope, and delivery expectations
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to shape mockups and ensure solutions meet user needs
  • Drive Agile ceremonies and backlog management across Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe environments
  • Partner with engineering teams on data flows, ETL processes, and API integrations
  • Apply AI-assisted techniques to accelerate analysis, documentation, and backlog refinement
  • Develop AI agents to automate recurring BA/PO tasks and improve team productivity
  • Mentor junior BAs/POs and establish best practices across the analysis function
  • Act as a bridge between business domains and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in BA/PO roles
  • Background in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, or Life Sciences domains
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD, and FRD creation
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management across all organizational levels
  • Skills in Agile Scrum, Kanban, and preferably SAFe methodologies
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and mockup creation
  • Competency in SQL, APIs, and ETL processes for data-driven analysis
  • Exposure to AI-assisted and AI-enabled BA practices, including AI models for BA/PO productivity
  • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with market-leading CRM and ERP platforms
  • Ability to develop AI agents for day-to-day BA/PO activities
  • Showcase of innovative use of AI tools within analysis workflows
