About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Salesforce Tech Lead to join Salesforce team. This role goes beyond traditional Salesforce development - it sits at the intersection of enterprise integration architecture, data engineering, and AI-augmented delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, leads with technical depth, and embraces Generative AI and Agentic AI tools as a core part of their daily engineering workflow.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications, ensuring scalability, security, and governance
- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, Salesforce DX, Git, and pipeline tooling
- Conduct architecture and code reviews, provide technical direction, and mentor Salesforce developers across onshore and offshore teams
- Design and implement MuleSoft integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as SAP, Documentum, Excalibur, and legacy platforms
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and middleware solutions for real-time and batch integrations
- Own Salesforce data architecture and lead data migration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities
- Collaborate with Enterprise Data Platform and Data Cloud teams to ensure scalable data pipelines, data quality, integrity, and governance.
- Leverage Agentic AI and Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein AI and Agentforce, to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and automation
- Champion AI-augmented SDLC practices and support measurable improvements in development velocity, QA/BA effort, and sprint throughput
- Ensure platform security and regulatory compliance while collaborating with architects, business stakeholders, Product Owners, and QA teams throughout delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with demonstrated technical leadership
- Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform internals
- Strong experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms (REST APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware patterns)
- Proven track record in data migration projects - ETL design, transformation logic, reconciliation, and cutover execution
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling
- Active daily use of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context
- Experience in Experience Cloud / Community portals, Service Cloud case management, and workflow automation
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II (required); Integration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture Designer (strongly preferred)
- Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors, including exposure to compliance and audit requirements, would be advantageous
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Agentforce is highly valued
- Hands-on experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding platforms would be beneficial
