Role description

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Salesforce Primary Cloud to become part of our team. The right candidate will have solid skills in Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to develop scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Lightning framework
  • Customize and improve Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on business requirements
  • Build reusable and responsive UI components using LWC
  • Implement business logic via Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and schedulers
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Perform code reviews, diagnose issues, and improve system performance
  • Maintain adherence to best practices for security, scalability, and governor limits
  • Support deployment activities, releases, and troubleshooting of post-production problems
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps processes

Requirements

  • 8 to 11 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL
  • Extensive knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Skilled in Lightning App Builder and other declarative development tools
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Roles, Sharing, and Permission Sets
  • Practical experience with REST/SOAP integrations
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships
