Role description
We are hiring a Maintenance Electrician with a valid Certified Electrician license .
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance of building systems
- Handle maintenance issues according to urgency and priority
- Perform general facility maintenance activities, including painting, minor plumbing work, routine repairs and installation of equipment and fixturs.
- Respond to service requests from employees
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical systems, plumbing, and fire detection and suppression systems
- Supervise, coordinate, and oversee contractors (electricity, plumbing, fire systems, and renovations)
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Work as part of a professional and collaborative maintenance team
Availability for on-call maintenance during weekends and holidays, as needed
Requirements
- Valid Certified Electrician license - mandatory
- Good level of English
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role - an advantage
- High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
