Must Have

  • 5+ Years experience with React native
  • Experience in native mobile development (iOS: Swift/ Android: Kotlin)
  • Experience with mobile app distribution via App Store and Google Play.
  • Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and drive consensus across teams.
  • Strong mentoring skills, with experience guiding developers in best practices.

Scope of work

We are looking for a Mobile Infrastructure Developer to take a key role in designing, building, and scaling mobile infrastructure. You'll work across native iOS and Android platforms as well as React Native, building robust and scalable foundations that improve performance, reliability, and developer productivity. You'll have a key role in defining the mobile architecture and creating the infrastructure that enables teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure in React Native to support mobile app development and deployment
  • Lead best practices and implementations in areas such as: (Mobx / Geolocation and geofencing / WebView / Encryption /Backend - mobile communication interfaces /Media compression and management /Code Push /Performance optimization and app startup time)
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for iOS, Android, and React Native platforms
  • Automate and optimize build processes, testing, and deployments
  • Improve developer velocity through tooling and infrastructure enhancements
  • Continuously improve performance, scalability, and security
  • Evaluate and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and approaches
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to align solutions with business needs
  • Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and delivery
  • Implement monitoring and observability tools for app performance and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across pipelines, builds, and production environments
