Project: RAID: Shadow Legends

Responsibilities
- Investigating player-reported game issues and responding to users' questions
- Processing bug reports and creating technical reports
- Cooperating with the development, testing, and game design teams
What we expect
- English language skills at the Advanced level (all communication within the team is conducted in English)
- Fluency in Ukrainian
- Interest in games and an understanding of game mechanics
- Effective communication skills and understanding of customer communication principles
- Time management skills and the ability to multitask
Desired
- Experience working in Support or other service departments
- MMORPG gaming experience
- Knowledge of software testing and a deep understanding of the principles of bug report creation
