Scope of work

As a Principal AI Product Manager, you will play a foundational role in shaping the next generation of a digital agreement platform, rethinking how customers prepare, execute, and manage agreements through intelligent, agentic experiences. This is not simply about adding AI features to an existing product. It is about identifying meaningful customer problems, challenging established workflows, and creating fundamentally better experiences while maintaining the trust, transparency, and control customers expect. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role with end-to-end product ownership, significant autonomy, and the opportunity to shape an evolving product within an established global technology company. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to turn ambitious ideas into real customer value, validate solutions early, iterate quickly, and deliver measurable business impact.

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-native agreement experiences, balancing immediate customer value with long-term strategic opportunities.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and opportunity validation to prototyping, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Reimagine existing workflows and build intelligent, agentic experiences that solve meaningful customer problems, with a focus on reliability, transparency, and user control.
  • Define clear product requirements and collaborate closely with engineering to evaluate technical trade-offs, ensure quality, and enable scalable execution.
  • Engage with customers, uncover and simplify complex problems, identify market opportunities, and validate hypotheses through research, experimentation, and hands-on prototyping.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, adoption, revenue potential, and ROI. Define success metrics and use evidence to drive product decisions.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling product narratives, build alignment across stakeholders, and connect immediate opportunities with long-term direction.
  • Take ownership, challenge assumptions, proactively remove blockers, and move quickly from ideas to measurable outcomes.
