Program Manager - High‑Power Laser Systems

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our HPL Business Unit in Rehovot, a world leader in developing and producing state-of-the art High Power Laser systems.

Our portfolio includes wide range of High-Power Laser system solutions for land and airborne applications.

The Program Manager will join our successful team, leading the large-scale programs in the core of our business

Responsibilities

End to end management of multi-million $ projects, from contract signing, through development and production, till delivery and installation of the system at the customer's site

Build and control the program work plan, resources, budget, and risk management

Act as the focal point to the customer, including on-going communications, meetings, updates, and joint teamwork

Multi-interface matrix management in the fields of development, production, procurement and more

Effectively leading the development and operation teams based on strong technical background with multi-disciplinary and complex systems

Identifying and initiating business opportunities and developing relationships with the customers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in management/engineering/Exact Sciences from a Relevant Field

Experience in managing and leading complex projects/processes

Multitasking capabilities

Experience in writing technical/contractual documents and preparing and delivering presentations

Comprehensive understanding of financial, budgeting, and cost control aspect and budget management principles

Fluent English

Willingness to travel abroad
