Responsibilities

  • Support and facilitate 2 - 3 teams, helping them collaborate effectively, stay aligned, and continuously improve their ways of working
  • Monitor sprint progress, track commitments, identify blockers and dependencies, and proactively follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and high-quality reports on sprint progress, team performance, risks, blockers, and delivery status; provide stakeholders with timely updates and actionable insights
  • Ensure strong verbal and written communication with Development teams, Product Owners, Project Managers, and other stakeholders; keep everyone aligned on priorities, expectations, and potential risks
  • Promote Agile principles and Scrum best practices, encourage team ownership, and support continuous improvement
  • Identify delivery risks early, facilitate issue resolution, and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Be willing to take ownership of selected Project Manager's responsibilities, including coordination, status tracking, stakeholder follow-ups, timeline monitoring, and cross-team alignment
  • Demonstrate a high level of diligence, attention to detail, reliability, and accountability; ensure that commitments, documentation, and follow-ups are handled consistently
  • Be available to work until 7:15 PM Kyiv time to support team collaboration and stakeholder communication across time zones

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager or in a similar Agile delivery role
  • Strong understanding of Scrum & Agile principles and team facilitation techniques
  • Hands-on experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams
  • Ability to support and coordinate 2 - 3 teams simultaneously
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and analytical skills
  • High level of diligence, ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to proactively identify blockers, manage dependencies, and follow through on commitments
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to take on selected Project Manager's responsibilities and contribute beyond traditional Scrum Master's duties
  • Flexibility to work until 7:15 PM Kyiv time
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
