Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and versatile professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, work closely with the Head of Delivery, and drive process optimization through data-driven insights and modern AI tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working closely with a Head of Delivery (or similar senior stakeholder)
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards
- Track record of optimizing business/operational processes
- Practical experience using AI tools in daily work
- Strong proactive mindset - able to identify issues and act without waiting for instructions
- Ability to quickly switch between and ramp up on diverse, cross-functional tasks
- English proficiency - C1 level
- Must be located in Canada
