Role description
We're seeking a Quality Solution Architect to bridge customers' business objectives with technical execution. This position suits individuals passionate about engineering solutions and emerging technologies. Your responsibilities will include planning end-to-end project infrastructure and design, determining whether product components should be off-the-shelf or custom-built. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to build proofs of concept and audit existing solutions to assess their effectiveness and identify improvement possibilities.
Responsibilities

- Conduct architecture reviews and audits
- Define project requirements and objectives needed to reach "go-live" status
- Engage directly with customers throughout solution architecture design and implementation phases
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- 12-19 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years specifically in solution architecture design
- Proven ability to establish test automation strategies across various domains and project types (T&M and Fixed-Price)
- Deep knowledge of test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Java, C# .NET, or Python)
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Solid grasp of architectural principles with the ability to recommend automation solutions tailored to specific architectures
- Foundational understanding of enterprise and business architecture concepts
- Hands-on experience with multiple full software development lifecycle approaches and methodologies, including Scrum and RUP
- Solid background in Cloud technologies, DevOps, and software engineering best practices
- Practical experience with GenAI tools, including testing AI/ML-based systems, working with LLMs, MCPs, and RAG, and evaluating agents using tools like DeepEval/Ragas
- Strong command of web application and web service architectures, both relational and non-relational data storage, plus cross-cutting concerns like security, monitoring, and caching
- Demonstrated proactive leadership in architecture engagements, with on-site customer experience and excellent communication abilities
