Role description
We're seeking a Quality Solution Architect to bridge customers' business objectives with technical implementation. This position suits individuals passionate about engineering solutions and emerging technologies. Your responsibilities will include planning end-to-end project infrastructure and design, determining whether product components should be pre-built, off-the-shelf, or custom-developed. You'll also have opportunities to build proofs of concept and audit existing solutions to assess their performance and identify improvement paths.
Responsibilities

- Conduct architecture reviews and audits
- Define project requirements and objectives to reach go-live status
- Engage directly with customers throughout solution architecture design and implementation phases
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- 12 to 19 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years specifically in solution architecture design
- Proven ability to establish test automation strategies across various domains and project types (T&M and Fixed-Price)
- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Java, C# .NET, or Python)
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of architecture principles with the ability to recommend automation solutions tailored to specific architectural contexts
- Foundational knowledge of enterprise and business architecture concepts
- Hands-on experience with multiple full software development lifecycle methodologies, including Scrum and RUP
- Solid background in Cloud, DevOps, and Software Engineering practices
- Practical experience with GenAI tools, AI/ML system testing, LLMs, MCPs, and RAG, along with agent evaluation frameworks such as DeepEval/Ragas
- Deep knowledge of web application and web service architectures, relational and non-relational data storage, and cross-cutting concerns including security, monitoring, and caching
- Demonstrated proactive leadership in architecture engagements, with on-site customer experience and excellent communication abilities
