About the Role
Camtek is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex multidisciplinary development projects for advanced semiconductor inspection systems. You will own project execution from requirements and planning through development, integration, validation, manufacturing introduction, and customer deployment. Working across R&D, Product, Operations, and Applications, you will drive alignment, decisions, and delivery across multiple teams without direct managerial authority.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary R&D projects throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate execution across Software, Algorithms, Physics, System Engineering, QA, Hardware, Product, Application, and Operations teams.
- Drive decision-making, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and management.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or a similar role.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary development projects.
- Strong understanding of product development, system integration, and the full product lifecycle.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to drive execution, accountability, and decisions in a matrix organization.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment, inspection systems, or other complex multidisciplinary products.
- Excellent English communication skills.
