Lead regulatory compliance activities throughout the product lifecycle, including certifications, approvals, customer compliance support, and compliance maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Regulatory interpretation and standards review
- Testing support and laboratory coordination
- Test report review and technical documentation preparation
- Certification management and coordination with certification bodies and laboratories
- Customer compliance support
Requirements
- B.Sc. Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering
- 7+ years of regulatory compliance and certification experience
- Strong knowledge of EMC, Safety, Radio, and certification processes
- Experience working with certification bodies and accredited test laboratories
- Experience reviewing test reports and technical documentation
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Ability to learn and expand into new regulatory and compliance domains
- Ability to lead cross-functional activities and drive issues to closure
Preferred
- Experience with RED, CE, ETSI, FCC, ISED, CB Scheme and TÜV certification processes
- Experience with global market approvals and homologation processes (e.g., ANATEL, TELEC, MTCTE, MOC...)
- Experience with customer/operator compliance requirements (e.g., NEBS, AT&T...)
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and EN 302217-2 standards
