Senior Backend / Technical Lead

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience
• 5+ years of hands-on development with PHP
• 3+ years of hands-on, active development with Golang
• Experience as a Senior Engineer, Architect, or Technical Lead
• Experience building and maintaining low-latency, high-throughput systems
• Strong system design and software architecture skills
• Ownership mindset with responsibility for technical decisions and delivery
• English - Intermediate or higher

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience with SSP / DSP platforms
• Experience with SSAI (Server-Side Ad Insertion)
• Knowledge of HLS and MPEG-DASH protocols

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the Technical Lead of the product
• Take full ownership of product development and delivery, ensuring deadlines are met
• Manage the full software development lifecycle and engineering roadmap
• Design and drive the system architecture and technical implementation
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security
• Drive technical innovation, tool selection, and engineering best practices
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support and mentor the engineering team
• Actively contribute as a hands-on engineer and participate in product development
• Continuously improve and evolve the product architecture and technical quality
