Description
Elementor is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help shape the infrastructure behind our global, multi-product platform. You'll take ownership of critical cloud and edge systems, guide architectural decisions, and work closely with R&D to make delivery safer, faster, and more reliable. You'll build and evolve our multi-cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, edge security, self-service developer platform, and observability capabilities. You'll also help shape how R&D builds software with AI, and build the AI agents that run more and more of our operations.
What we do
Elementor is where web creation happens. Our multi-product platform powers more than 13% of the internet, giving millions of developers, designers, and marketers the tools to build and grow their businesses.
From Israel to more than 160 countries, a new website goes live with Elementor every 10 seconds.
How we work
We're AI-first, data-driven, and human-led. We build products that deliver real value through creativity, fast feedback, and open collaboration. At Elementor, you'll work with people who care about the product, our users, and one another - and have room to make a meaningful impact.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve infrastructure that supports Elementor's products at global scale, improving its security, resilience, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud architectures across GCP and AWS.
- Build and maintain production-grade Kubernetes platforms, including GKE and EKS, and improve their reliability and operational efficiency.
- Run our edge and security layer on Cloudflare, including managed WAF, DDoS protection, and traffic rules, protecting a platform that powers more than 13% of the web.
- Build self-service infrastructure for developers: fully automated deployments, on-demand ephemeral environments, and infrastructure as code, so teams ship without waiting on us.
- Shape our AI-driven development process, and build and run AI agents that handle our infrastructure, cost, reliability, and incident response through our in-house Agentic Portal
- Strengthen observability and incident readiness through effective monitoring, alerting, and operational practices.
- Identify systemic risks and bottlenecks, lead improvements, and share expertise across the engineering organization.
Requirements
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, including ownership of production systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in production.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider - GCP or AWS - and the ability to design and operate cloud infrastructure.
- A track record of building and operating reliable, highly available services.
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code experience, ideally with Terraform.
- A systems mindset: you can weigh trade-offs, diagnose complex issues, and turn recurring operational problems into lasting improvements.
- You think agent-first: when you see repeated work, your first question is which agent could handle it.
- Clear communication skills and experience working across engineering teams.
It's a plus if you have
- Experience supporting 24/7 services, incident response, or on-call operations.
- Experience developing Kubernetes operators or controllers.
- Experience operating MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis in production.
