Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and support scalable backend architectures and services
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ship high-quality software products
• Conduct code reviews and provide input to uphold team coding standards
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems and improve efficiency
• Coordinate integrations with third-party APIs and services
• Keep technical documentation clear for both new and existing functionality
• Adhere to and champion best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team workflows and technical know-how

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering
• Hands-on ability to build and support applications using Python
• Experience incorporating AI or Large Language Models (LLM) into software solutions
• Strong knowledge of database design, administration, and tuning
• Comfort using Git for source control and collaboration
• Practical experience with Django or Flask and other Python web frameworks
• Solid understanding of Python web server configuration and deployment practices
• Good grasp of security principles and how they translate into implementation
• Demonstrated experience delivering authentication and authorization features
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Excellent English skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate) for written and spoken communication
