Role description
Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Python Engineer with MLOps/GCP for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a broker platform that offers brokers real-time risk.
In this role, you will help build a new document intelligence capability, productionizing text extraction across the platform and developing tools and frameworks that make LLM capabilities accessible across teams. This is a service/API-level role focused on backend engineering and platform capabilities. No UI development experience is required.
- Solid professional experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps.
- Professional experience with GCP.
- Experience building high-quality platform capabilities and APIs.
- Experience working with infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Experience working as part of a cross-functional team, contributing throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to take ownership and make informed technical decisions.
- Design, build, and productionize scalable backend services and APIs for document intelligence and text extraction.
- Contribute to the development of LLM-powered capabilities and solutions that support business workflows.
