Project description

We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Specialist to drive solution design, day-to-day optimization, and configuration for new and existing functionalities. You will partner with business owners and digital teams to streamline business processes, integrate high-volume systems, and deliver powerful financial insights.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of projects from planning, communication, and compliance to configuration and go-live hypercare.
  • Solution Architecture: Design scalable, innovative solutions across SAP FICO and FICA, aligning with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Workshops & Leadership: Lead "Explore" phase workshops for global rollouts (SAP RISE PCE) and define enterprise standards.
  • Support & Training: Provide key-user training, incident resolution, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

Location: Remote Anywhere

  • SAP Finance Core: Expert-level configuration across Org Units (Controlling Area, Operating Concern, Company Code), Financial Framework (Ledgers, Currencies, Segments), Master Data, and Fixed Assets.
  • SAP RISE: Direct hands-on experience in SAP RISE (Private Cloud Edition).
  • FICA / BRIM: At least one full-cycle implementation (Greenfield/Brownfield) of SAP FICA or BRIM / Convergent Invoicing, managing high-volume billing data flows.
  • Advanced Modules: Deep expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Communication Management (BCM), Intercompany Accounting, and CO-PA. Experience across both SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Integration & Communication: Strong background in integrating SAP FI with complex legacy systems and payment gateways. Fluent English with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
