Senior Software Engineer FS (with Generative AI)

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on the project of our Client - a leading SaaS company delivering advanced technical insights and analytics solutions that help customers make better business decisions. The organization develops innovative technologies that support operational efficiency, automation, and data-driven strategy. You will join a highly collaborative Software Engineering Team focused on building innovative full-stack products and solutions. The team works in an Agile environment and leverages modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, data pipelines, and AI capabilities to prototype and deliver new solutions.

In this role, you will work as a senior individual contributor across multiple concurrent projects, building scalable software solutions and AI-powered product capabilities. Your tasks as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will be to design, build, and own full-stack features end to end, from front-end UI to back-end services and data pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with a strong focus on quality, performance, and cloud-native architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own full-stack features from front-end UI to back-end services and data pipelines
• Work as a senior individual contributor across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams
• Develop robust and scalable back-end solutions integrated with AWS services
• Design, build, and maintain data processing pipelines leveraging AWS services
• Design and build AI-powered and agentic features, including LLM-based services, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent workflows
• Evaluate and apply generative AI tooling such as LLM APIs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks to improve the product capability and engineering velocity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with best practices and cloud architecture principles
• Write maintainable, production-quality code in a professional Agile software engineering environment
• Optimize the application performance and scalability by fine-tuning cloud resources and applying advanced engineering techniques
• Participate in architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and technical trade-off discussions
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to peers as a senior individual contributor

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated growth into a senior individual contributor role
• Deep hands-on expertise across the full stack, including front-end frameworks, back-end services, relational databases, source control tools, and CI/CD
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and engineering best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Practical experience with AI/LLM and agentic engineering, including LLM APIs, prompt/context engineering, RAG pipelines, vector stores, or agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar ones
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Proficiency with front-end and back-end technologies such as React/TypeScript, Python, Node.js, or similar ones
• Proven ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize, raise issues proactively, and resolve challenging problems quickly to meet business deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with North American teams
• Self-motivation, task-orientation, and eagerness to learn
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus

• Hands-on experience in fine-tuning or evaluating LLMs
• Experience in building Production-grade agentic systems
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-calling or agent standards
• Exposure to AI observability or LLMOps tools such as Langfuse or Phoenix
• Prior experience in Energy, SaaS, or Data Analytics domains
